Once a month we hold an extended, special Friday session involving yin & yang yoga and a full sound bath relaxation, accessible to everybody and every body!

With spring now in full bloom, we’re all emerging out of lockdown into a more active, sociable life, but it’s never been more important to care for both our bodies and minds. We need to care for ourselves and one another in this transition so we don’t burn out, and so we’re better equipped to go from full isolation to social butterfly – such huge societal changes can certainly take a toll on our wellbeing!

This session will be carefully designed with practices to best support you in this transition in body, mind and self, utilising:

Asanas, pranayama (breathing), mindfulness and sound to address the 6 organs of elimination so we can let go of toxins that affect not only our bodies, but our minds and our moods too. They are the liver, kidneys, lungs, lymph, colon, and skin.

These sessions are a more ‘concentrated’ version of our weekly classes meant to stabilize your nervous system, decreasing feelings of anxiety and stress, and creating space in your body – improving your practice and overall mobility, mind, and wellbeing.

Price: £10 /£7.50 low income
